This notice covers the AIS marketing website. Assessment records inside a customer’s AIS deployment are covered by that organisation’s arrangements, configuration and applicable agreement.

When you contact us

Our form asks for your name, organisation, work email, area of interest and type of enquiry. Your role and message are optional. We use these details to answer your question and arrange the demo, pilot discussion or other next steps you request. The form sends your enquiry to our team by email.

Providing information is voluntary. The required fields are needed to submit the form, or you can email us directly. Without enough contact information, we may not be able to respond. Please do not send passwords, confidential reports or sensitive system details.

Hosting, email and traffic statistics

Affordable Domains hosts this website. We use Microsoft 365 to receive and manage enquiry emails. These providers process information as part of delivering their services.

We use AWStats to analyse website traffic statistically and understand how the website is used. AWStats works from web server logs. These logs may include your IP address, requested pages, request times, browser information and the page that referred you to this website. Statistical reports do not mean that the underlying logs are anonymous.

This website’s hosting and email arrangements are separate from the data sovereignty options available for customer AIS deployments. We do not promise that all website or email information is processed only in New Zealand.

How long we keep enquiries

We keep enquiries for one year. This period applies to enquiry records; technical logs, traffic reports and service backups have separate retention settings. Contact us if you need information about those records.

Cookies and external videos

Our short product clips are hosted on this website. Longer YouTube videos connect to Google/YouTube only when you choose to load them. See Cookies & external media for information about traffic statistics, external players and your choices.

Your rights and privacy concerns

You can ask to access your personal information, request a correction or raise a privacy concern by emailing info@andeansecurity.co.nz. We may need to verify your identity before providing information.
